[ PRICING ]

You're Not Buying AI Agents. You're Buying Judgment, Then Reliability.

It starts with advice: where AI fits in your operations, and where it's a waste of money. Pricing reflects business impact, operational complexity, and the responsibility of running systems that talk to your customers. It is not a count of agents or prompts. From there it moves into a custom deployment and an ongoing operational retainer. You own everything I build. No lock-in, ever.

"I don't just advise, I build it fully governed. You own it outright."

[ HOW IT WORKS ]

Four stages. One straight path from "what's broken" to "it's handled."

Stage 1 · Free

Assessment

A working session and a written read on where revenue is leaking, where AI fits, and where it doesn't.

Stage 2 · From $500

AI Strategy & Roadmap

The build plan, priced to scope. Only if you want to proceed after the assessment.

Stage 3 · From $2,500

Build

A custom-built operational system, governed, tested, and integrated with the tools you already run.

Stage 4 · From $500/mo

Retainer

Monitoring, optimization, and a direct line. Systems that talk to customers don't run unattended.

[ Ownership ]

You Own What I Build. In Writing, Not as a Slogan.

Every vendor says "no lock-in." Here is exactly what that means when you work with me, stated plainly enough that you could hold me to it.

inventory

What you own

Every configuration file, prompt, agent definition, routing rule, workflow, integration map, and the full technical documentation set. Not a copy. The originals.

schedule

When it transfers

At the close of the build or pilot period. Not at a future milestone, not on request, and not conditional on continued payment.

folder_zip

What the handoff includes

Repository or configuration export, environment and integration documentation, agent-by-agent permission definitions, escalation and governance rules, the test log, and a runbook written for a developer who has never seen the system.

lock_open

What "no lock-in" actually means

No license fee, no platform subscription, and no proprietary runtime required to keep your systems working. The retainer buys monitoring, optimization, and my direct line. It is not permission to use what you already own.

logout

If you end the relationship

You keep everything and the systems keep running. Operate them in-house or hand them to another provider. The documentation is written so that is actually possible, not just technically true. I'll do a transition call either way.

gavel

It's in the agreement

Ownership transfer is a written term in the service agreement you sign, not a promise made on a sales call. You can read it before you commit to anything.

Read the full Ownership & Handoff Standard and Governance Standard before you ever book a call. No form, no email required.

[ STAGES 1 & 2 · ASSESSMENT AND ROADMAP ]

Start by finding the leak before spending a dollar on the fix.

The assessment is free and includes the call. If you want the build plan written up afterward, that is Stage 2 and it is priced to scope.

Stage 1 Best Way In

Assessment

Free · Includes the Call

Free
A working session and a written read. No obligation.
  • Lead response & missed opportunity analysis

Stage 2

AI Strategy & Roadmap

[ STAGE 3 · THE BUILD ]

Custom-built operational systems, priced by impact, not by agent count.

Every deployment is built around how your business actually runs, tested before it touches a customer, and integrated with your existing tools. One-time setup. You own it.

Tier 01

Operational Starter

Small Businesses Beginning AI Adoption

starting at $2,500
one-time setup
  • 1–2 governed agent systems
  • Lead response & estimate follow-up
  • Basic integrations & communication routing
  • Lightweight governance layer
Outcome Faster lead response, fewer missed leads
Tier 02 Most Popular

Operational Acceleration

Growing Companies Under Operational Strain

starting at $6,000
one-time setup
  • Multiple operational agent systems
  • CRM integrations & scheduling coordination
  • Escalation logic & reporting systems
  • Audit logging & governance controls
Outcome Admin reduction, higher booking rates
Tier 03

Operational Intelligence Infrastructure

Larger Operators · Advanced Governance

$15,000–$25,000+
one-time setup, depending on the size of the operation
  • Multi-system operational orchestration
  • Advanced governance & AI oversight
  • Operational monitoring & custom agent builds
  • Deployment architecture consulting
Outcome Scalable, governed, resilient operations

I build for owner-operated and multi-location home service companies. I don't take national or enterprise rollouts, and I'll tell you when a project is bigger than one person should build. That limit is why the clients I do take get my direct line.

[ Before You Read The Retainer Tiers ]

If I Own Everything, What Am I Paying Monthly For?

Fair question, and the honest answer is the reason the retainer isn't optional. You own the systems outright. What the retainer buys is somebody watching them.

Systems that talk to your customers change as your business changes: new services, new pricing, a new CRM, a seasonal shift. Left unattended, they drift from accurate to wrong, and your customers find out before you do. The retainer is monitoring, governance updates, tuning, and a direct line to me. Cancel it and you keep everything; you just lose the person watching.

Real-time monitoring

Failures get caught before a customer sees them, not after they complain.

Governance upkeep

Permission scopes, escalation rules, and message approvals stay current as your business shifts.

Unlimited edits

Price, service, or message change? Text me. It gets done, no change order.

Direct line to me

Not a ticket queue and not an account manager. The person who built it.

[ STAGE 4 · OPERATIONAL INTELLIGENCE RETAINER ]

Systems that talk to your customers don't run unattended.

Every deployment includes a retainer: monitoring, maintenance, refinement, governance updates, and tuning. This isn't optional support; it's what keeps the system safe, accurate, and improving.
