Terms of Use and SMS Terms.

By using bravoautomationlabs.com (the “Site”) or our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The Site and program are operated by Bravo Automation Labs LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Program. Bravo Automation Labs Messaging. We send text messages to people who contact our business line or ask to be contacted by text, about their inquiry, scheduling assessments and meetings, appointment reminders, and service and account notices for current clients.

How you join. You join by calling or texting our business number. If we miss your call, we send one text identifying Bravo Automation Labs and offering to help; further messages are sent only in response to your replies or a request you make. You may also join by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you book or work with us. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency. Varies by your conversation with us, typically no more than a few messages per inquiry.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

Opt out. Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To rejoin, reply START.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@bravoautomationlabs.com.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide.

Privacy. Your number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Messages sent on behalf of our clients. Texts sent by systems we operate for a home service business are sent in that business’s name, under its own messaging program and terms. Reply STOP to any of those messages to opt out of that business’s texts.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, submit false information, or use automated means to scrape or overload it.

Site content, including articles, examples, the ROI calculator, and pricing shown as “from” amounts, is general information about our services. Calculator results are illustrative estimates based on the figures you enter and are not a promise or guarantee of results. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, or tax advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Services are provided only under a signed agreement, which controls over anything on the Site.

The Site’s content, design, and the Bravo Automation Labs name and logo belong to Bravo Automation Labs LLC. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, modify, or republish Site content for commercial use without our written permission. Ownership of systems built for clients is governed by each client agreement.

The Site links to third-party services, such as our scheduling tool and cited sources. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bravo Automation Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or the text messaging program. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or program will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Boone County, Kentucky, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site or program after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
