I Find Where AI Actually Pays Off in Your Business. Then I Build It.

I'm Brandt Bravo. I help home service owners figure out where AI is worth the money and where it isn't, then build the part that's worth building, around the way your business already runs. You own what gets built.

More Leads Won't Fix a 42% Booking Rate.

The average trade business books 42 out of every 100 calls that come in.1 Those are leads you already paid for, already earned, and already lost. Buying more of them doesn't change the number that matters.

Service companies don't lose work because the team stopped caring. They lose it because the team is busy doing the work. Calls come in while techs are on a job. Web leads land after hours. Estimates sit because today's emergency comes first.

That's a systems problem, not an effort problem. It's also the easiest kind to fix.

Missed Calls

Nobody answers every call while serving the customer already on the schedule. A fast, useful reply keeps the opportunity alive until a person can pick it up.

bolt

Slow Lead Response

A new inquiry can get an immediate reply, a few qualifying questions, and a clear next step without anyone watching an inbox.

Estimates That Go Quiet

Consistent follow-up keeps open estimates from getting buried, and gives the customer an easy way to ask a question or move forward.

[ HOW IT GOES ]

Advice First. Then I Build the Part That's Worth Building.

Four steps, in order. You can stop after any one of them, and you keep everything from the ones you've done.

Step 01 · Free

Assessment

Where AI fits, and where it's a waste. A working session and a written read, and you leave with a straight answer either way. No pitch.

Step 02 · Paid

Assessment & Roadmap

A prioritized, governed plan you keep: build vs. buy, in what order, and what governance each piece needs before it goes live.

Step 03 · Build

Custom Governed Systems

Custom agents, built around how your business actually runs. Tested against real scenarios, governed from day one, owned by you.

Step 04 · Ongoing

Ongoing Advisory

Your AI partner as the tools and your business change. Monitoring, optimization, and a direct line to me.

[ WHAT I CAN FIX ]

Practical Systems for the Places Service Businesses Lose Time and Money.

Every engagement is different, but most opportunities land in one of four areas. These are starting points, not off-the-shelf packages: the system fits your operation, not the other way around.

phone_missed

Lead Recovery System

Captures leads that would otherwise disappear: missed calls, slow responses, unbooked inquiries. Replies in seconds, asks the qualifying questions, and books the job without anyone touching it.

Admin Reduction System

Eliminates the data entry, scheduling coordination, and internal comms overhead that drains your team. Your CRM stays current without anyone touching it.

Revenue Follow-Up System

Runs the follow-up sequences most businesses skip: estimate recovery, no-show recovery, quote reminders, reactivation. All of it fires automatically based on what each lead needs.

Dispatch & Operations System

Reduces coordination overhead between inbound jobs, field techs, and scheduling. Automates job routing, technician assignment support, and intake triage.

[ SEE IT IN ACTION ]

See Exactly What Your Customer Experiences.

Follow a missed call from the unanswered ring to a booked appointment. You'll see what the customer receives, what the system collects, and the point where it hands off to a person.

Hey John, this is Bravo Heating & Air. Sorry we missed your call. Are you dealing with an emergency, or looking to schedule service?
AC quit and it's 86° inside. Need someone today if possible.
Sorry you're dealing with that. It qualifies as priority. I can get a tech to you today between 2–4 PM. Want me to lock it in?
Yes, please.
Done. Marcus is scheduled 2–4 PM today. You'll get a text when he's 30 minutes out.

[ FOUNDER LED ]

You Work Directly With the Person Who Builds It.

"I don't just advise, I build it fully governed. You own it outright."

I'm Brandt Bravo. Between 2010 and 2026 I spent more than a decade leading operations and automation across multi-national, multi-site environments, including automation platforms for inventory environments running over $2 billion.

That work taught me to look past a good demo and ask the harder questions. Does this solve a real constraint? Does it behave when the day goes sideways? Can the team understand it? Does a person take over when it hits its limit?

I hold a twelve-truck shop to the same standard, because the consequence to you is proportionally identical. You get my direct line, and I cap active implementations at three at any given time so that stays true.

[ BUILT FOR RESPONSIBLE USE ]

These Systems Talk to Your Customers. So I Build Them to a Higher Standard.

An agent that messages customers, updates records, and triggers real business actions needs boundaries, testing, visibility, and a simple way for a person to take control. That is what I mean by governed, in plain terms.

verified_user

Defined Permissions

Every agent has one documented job and a specific permission scope. It cannot take an action outside what you approved.

person_check

Human Escalation

When the system doesn't have enough information, or hits something outside its rules, it routes to a person instead of guessing.

monitoring

Tested, Then Monitored

Every trigger, message, and escalation path is tested against real scenarios before launch. After launch I monitor it, so problems get caught before your customers do.

workspace_premium

You Own It

Configurations, prompts, agent logic, routing rules, integrations, and documentation transfer to you at the close of the build. It is a written term in the agreement, not a slogan.

[ FAQ ]

Questions I Hear on Every Call.

You may not, and that is the first thing we figure out in the assessment. If a process change or a conventional automation is the better answer, I will tell you. I only build what pays for itself.

It only says what your business has confirmed is accurate: your services, your prices, your policies, your language. Every agent is tested against real situations before it touches a live customer. If it does not know, it does not guess. It routes to you.

Usually not. I look first for ways to connect and improve what you already run. If a replacement is genuinely the right call, you will understand exactly why before anything changes.

You do. Configurations, prompts, agent logic, routing rules, integration details, and documentation transfer to you at the close of the build. That transfer is a written term in the agreement you sign.

You keep everything and your systems keep running. There is no license fee, no platform subscription, and no proprietary runtime required. The retainer buys monitoring, optimization, and my direct line. It is not permission to use what you already own.

More detail on handoff, kill switches, and architecture is on the governance page. Tier and package questions are answered on pricing.
